Consultation Services & Fees

Thank you for choosing Elsewhere Travel to handle your upcoming travel plans. To perform the professional services required to plan and arrange travel we charge a consultation and research fee of $150*. After our first discovery call, the deposit is due in order to move forward in your vacation planning. For us to curate your Elsewhere Vacation we invest time in understanding your travel desires, customizing itineraries, and securing the best options through our travel suppliers. While it may be your full intention to travel, sometimes life happens. This deposit ensures Elsewhere Travel is compensated for our time and it is non-refundable.

*Groups (6 or more) are subject to a $300 fee.
